Katie Britt Williams is a 6th generation Floridian from Winter Haven Florida. She has experience in environmental permitting, resiliency planning, and project and grant management for coastal and water resource projects. She currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Cummins Cederberg, Coastal and Marine Engineering, supporting coastal communities improve infrastructure throughout Florida. Katie holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy and International Affairs from Florida State University and an M.S. in Natural Resource Conservation from the University of Florida. She is a graduate of the UF IFAS Natural Resource Leadership Institute (Class 17) and Leadership Tallahassee (Class 40). Her community service and leadership includes serving on multiple boards and organizations including serving as President of the Junior League of Tallahassee (2021–2022),the Commission of the Status of Women and Girls (2019-2024), and more recently Curriculum Chair for Youth Leadership Tallahassee (2025-2026).
