Tiffany R. Heggendorn, Esq. is an associate attorney at McConnaughhay & Rudd, P.A., licensed by The Florida Bar. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She advises individuals and families on estate planning and works with clients of all ages to develop personalized plans. She also guides personal representatives and trustees through the probate and trust administration process, helping families navigate that process following the loss of a loved one.
Ms. Heggendorn earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and the Tax Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council.
