William “Eric” Grant is Chief Executive Officer of Residential Elevators, the nation’s leading manufacturer and installer of premium home elevators. Since its founding in 1996, the company has grown from a small North Florida operation into a family-owned industry leader with nationwide reach, multiple manufacturing facilities, and a reputation for craftsmanship, safety, and innovation. Eric brings extensive executive experience in technology, operations, and public-sector services, having previously served as CEO of Municipal Code Corporation and as Vice President at CivicPlus. He also serves on the advisory board of Ascend Capital Group. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom, Eric holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and studied at the U.S. Naval Academy and Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He currently serves on the board of Charlie Ward Champions Ranch.
