Katrina Rolle, JD 

Katrina Rolle is the President & CEO of the Community Foundation of North Florida, one of the region’s leading philanthropic organizations, with $100million in assets under management. She joined the Community Foundation in October 2019, after serving as the President/CEO of the United Way of the Big Bend (2015-2019).


Rolle began her professional career as a Cost Accountant with a Fortune 500 company. She then worked as a Consumer Services Supervisor for a power utility company before attending law school at the University of Florida. She began a legal career in commercial litigation before transitioning into Estate Planning and Probate.


A well-respected thought and innovative leader, Rolle serves on the following boards, Economic Club of Florida (Treasurer), Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, University of Florida Foundation, UF’s Levin College of Law Trustee Council (executive committee), and the Executive Leadership Council for the Tallahassee-Leon County Office of Economic Vitality. She is also a member of both Leadership Florida and Leadership Tallahassee.
